Daily operations at The Midnight Sun political news blog are handled by editor Matt Buxton. Buxton joined the publication in June 2017 after six years as the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner’s government and politics reporter, which included plenty of stints covering Alaska’s legislative session down in Juneau as well as local government, energy development and the environment.
Another good place to find Buxton is on Twitter: @mattbuxton (Slide right into those DMs).
