In June, we looked at how Democrats could wrest power from Republicans in the State Senate, or at least create a bipartisan coalition.
The short version of that story is that, yes, there is a potential path for Democrats to have a role in senate leadership. They think theyâ€™re badasses, flying over here and over there, pocketing all the money we give them for office expenses, charging us more to relocate them than it would cost to just buy them a new car in Juneau. And they are crazy. They think they can bilk the good people of Alaska for it all and we wonâ€™t even notice.
