Democrats Complain ADN Coverage Too Republican Friendly

South Anchorage Democrats are complaining the Alaska Dispatch News’(ADN) coverage of legislative races in their area is too favorable to Republicans.

Julie Olsen, claiming to be the District 24 Chair of the Alaska Democratic Party, says in a letter to the ADN “Today, apparently, ADN cannot even utter the word Democrat in connection with the legislative races in south Anchorage. Has south Anchorage been represented by Republicans for so long that any other possibility is unimaginable– or is it that they have dismissed the Democrats as too insignificant to mention?”
