Do you know who Greg Jones is? No? Neither did anyone else until he decided to make this his campaign logo:

That may be the greatest campaign logo of all-freakin-time.

You just know his slogan will be “Knowing is half the battle.”

I am told Mr. Jones is also a black Muslim.Democrat running for State House against Rep. Mark Neuman in the Western Mat-Su. Let’s be charitable and not allege any sort of racist or xenophobic tendencies of the good people of that district and just say Mr. Jones is a long-shot to win simply because he’s a Democrat in a super-duper Republican district.

But he has already won my heart and the hearts of many other little boys of the 80’s.
