From the office of Sen. Dan Sullivan:

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan (R-AK) today announced that he has been selected to serve on four U.S. Senate committees for the 115th Congress.  Senator Sullivan will serve on the following Senate committees: Armed Services; Commerce, Science and Transportation; Environment and Public Works; and Veterans’ Affairs.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to continue serving on four committees important to Alaska’s interests and to build on the progress we have made over the past two years, now with a new administration,” said Senator Sullivan. “From strengthening Alaska’s fisheries, advocating for our state’s more than 77,000 veterans, highlighting Alaska’s strategic importance to our national defense, and rolling back onerous regulations that are hampering our economy, I look forward to making meaningful progress in the new Congress for Alaskans.”

The assignments announced today are subject to ratification by the full U.S. Senate.
